Only one thing...PLEASE I kindly request the owner of the dealership obtain more loaner vehicles. I had to rent my loaner vehicle from Hertz. My friends who own Mercedes, Audi, Lexus and Acura never have this issue...and this is an issue every time I bring the car in for service or repair.
