Made new key - lost the other- my other keys including the computer chip one need reset now - on my time another hour of my time. Scratch from collision noted on grill - pointed out to body shop foreman- picture taken- will return for fix if paint on it becomes an issue. Took a long time for this repair -- incident week before Memorial Day- I believe the 23rd. Just got car back on 12th today. Communication was fair - they kept me informed - except the key issue.

Give these people an A from Kelly on down. And thanks for promptness. Accident happened on Monday, Tuesday we were told it could begin repairs on Wednesday. I wish there were a "somewhat" option. I was frustrated because my targeted finished date was moved back 3 times, once over a weekend. I was however, more than pleased with the explanations I was given when receiving phone calls, stating that my car wasn't done yet. Kelly was always apologetic, offered plausible reasons for he delay was always respectful when conversing with me. Had his attitude been different during the phone calls, I'm sure my attitude would have reflected as such. I'm thankful that he was so kind and helpful when making difficult phone calls.
