3 times on 3 different repairs to the bidy shop.. either my insurance or service didnt repair all damage... this seems to be an concurrent symptom...
I want the job to be complete when they say job well done....
As a consumer I feel that I am trying to get more for less and at the end of the service provided I am the apologizing for asking for compliance to what was damaged...

Although almost completely satisfied, my bumper was not 100% correctly put on, as it is noticeably not flush on one side. I appreciate that they offer a guarantee, and I may seek to have this fixed in the future.

The length of time it took for the repair( Almost 3 weeks) I know that some unforeseen problems occurred which I understand but still took too long. Was told that all thru the repairs that I would be let known the status of those repairs by either phone or e-mail, that didn't happen. Was treated just fine by all involved and have no complaints about that. I have brought cars there before and all went fine. I will be a return customer and chalk this visit up as an anomaly and not the norm.
