Although I am mostly satisfied the collision center released the vehicle with what appears to be a non functioning airbag rather than providing the rental that they had agreed to. Now I have to go back & spend who knows how much time to get it fixed.

It doesn't happen very often anymore but the customer service I received when I first got my estimate until I picked up my Silverado was first rate. To the guy that scraped off the frost off my loaner car when I dropped off my truck, to the high quality repairs, to the text alerts keeping me up to date to having my truck ready right on time, everything was wonderful. Hopefully I won't need a bodyshop any time soon but if I do I will definitely be back and I will recommend Rileys Collision to everyone. Thanks for the great job by everyone!
