The repairs were done in a professional and timely manor..I had ask to be sure and keel my truck locked when unattended.when I came to pick it up it was parked outside with the keys in it. I think the communication breakdown was between the collision center and the dealership.

I cannot thank Riley enough! The staff they have is wonderful, to work with. I walked in completely confused the first day and Bruce took time from his already scheduled day to assist me. He answered every question that I had from that day on. Once I dropped the car off for repairs the text messages informing me about the repairs and the timing was great. When the approximate day for completion came and the car was still waiting on a part, the gentleman (sorry forgot his name) walked me right on through explaining perfectly what was missing and what was the best to do. I wish I had never had to meet your team but glad I’m sure glad I did. Thank you ALL!
