May have cost me two extra days of car rental because body shop personnel couldn't find the time or take the effort to call and say my vehicle was finished. I called last week Friday and was told "your car should be done at 3pm, we will contact you when it's done." No call received. I called Monday and came and got car. Poor communication.

The people that detail the car need to learn how to clean windows, never seen such a crappier job done in my life! Had to come home and re-clean them they were so bad!
