**** when I picked the vehicle up the computer screen for the radio navigation system was not working I thought it was turned off it was not I called the body shop they told me to take it to service everything was closing service had no idea so they told me I had to bring it back next week 2 I had a fire arm in the vehicle which I should have removed but did not and it is now missing so someone stole it while it was at Riley collision center. A police report will be fired on this theft as it is valued over 1200 3 the windshield in it is absolutely not correct

The repair on the bumper was great, but this time, just like the last time my bumper was fixed, the headlights are now fogged up immediately after the repair. It's like something they did during the repair caused the seal to break on the headlight casings to allow moisture in. It's a huge pain to fix!

Riley's may not be as familiar with USAA's method of handling claims as they are with State Farm, Am Fam, or other agencies. The waiver of deductible and related information was already in the USAA documentation but the staff didn't seem to have accessed much of it. Ditto for the hint that I may need to contact the other insurance company to give a statement when I had already given USAA, my company, a statement in full.
Regardless, these obstacles were overcome and I am well pleased with the work done on my car. I hope to never have another accident, nor be involved in an accident, but I will ask for Riley's first if such does occur.
