Brad and every employee at Collision Works, Newcastle were very professional and helpful. I have hand tremors so it’s difficult for me to write and sign paperwork and they were very patient and understanding so that made the experience much easier for me. They all were very informative and very polite. They kept me informed which I appreciated. I hope I never have to use them again but If I’m unfortunate enough to need them I won’t hesitate. I will refer family and friends to them. Very pleased with the way my car looks. Even though it’s an older car they never acted like it deserved less than the best they could do. It was very easy to pick up and deliver the rental car back there and that was such a relief. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Helped make it a less stressful experience since I’m 72 years old and this is the first time I’ve had to do anything like this. Great staff!

The repair looks amazing! The entire front staff was extremely friendly! This is a very well managed body shop! I dropped my truck off on Tuesday. I picked it up on the very next day. That’s what I call service! They even washed it for me. If you are not getting your repairs done at collision works in Newcastle, you’re going to be crying to your momma later. They gave me $100 off of my next repair. They even invited me to a lunch cookout. You better believe I'm going to be there. Hell I might even show up early and grill for them! Thanks again to the team out there in Newcastle!
