Perfection. My new car had just been tagged and then someone vandalized the car which produced a huge scratch down 2 doors that required painting. The paint job Collision Works produced matches perfectly with no signs of overspray or splotches. Collision Works under promised and over delivered on the time frame which was a great surprise. I will refer everyone to this location and take any future body issues to Collision works in Newcastle.

Dropped Vehicle off to have hail dents fixed... told me it take 2 ****/2 weeks no problem. Told them didn't care how long they took just want it back right... week and a half later get a call truck is done.... well went to pick it up long story it wasnt done.... Had a Front windshield Tinted at 10"... got the truck back with 4" ****/2 inch... and to top it all off truck still had damage on driver side... has NEW Damage on passenger side that was not there when I dropped the truck off... then Manager came out and tried to tell me that some of the damage that was still on the roof was "factory defect."... been waiting 3 weeks to get my truck back into the shop to see if they can even fix it correctly I would not recommend this body shop to my ex wife... idk how your body shop has such good reviews... quality control ****... will definitely be Talking to USAA about getting your body shop removed off their recommended list to use.
