My second visit reaffirms why I chose Number **** Auto again. My insurance company allows me to select where my car is repaired and I'm just as satisfied with the repairs done this time around as I was the first time. Very friendly staff that left numerous updates on my voicemail, I had to apologize for not responding, but the communication was excellent. The parting hand shake to confirm complete satisfaction is a dying art and I appreciate the time taken by John to do that. Excellent all around job guys, my car looks better than before my accident, that's about as high as a compliment as I can give to a repair shop. Thanks again! -Jr
