What made the difference in a great customer service experience was the constant updates and contact from them. Also when I picked up my car he went over everything and explained things I didn't understand. Being in an accident is stressful enough without any added pressures and Miles Rd calmed all my fears with their super friendly and caring staff. They make u feel like no matter what they can handle it no problem. That's what customers need and want.
