When I picked up my tailgate the new tailgate protector was gouged in two places. Thankfully the manager I was dealing with (Mike) immediately apologized and ordered another protector through parts dept. Service has been Outstanding, but more attention to detail needs to be enforced during the labor being performed. The lack of attention to detail has cost your company 147.00 in my case.
