One scratch and one dent that were not repaired. When I picked the car up, several dash indicator lights on and steering wheel crooked. Had to go back and wait several hours for these to be repaired. Frustrating after not having my car for a month. Indicates a lack of attention and thoroughness. I am however very pleased with the kindness and understanding demonstrated by Tim. Also, my car pulls to the right. After a full month in the shop, 200 in rental car fees, and a 500 deductible, having to take it in for an 80 alignment is so frustrating I could just cry.
