I was surprised to have seen that the exterior of my car was clean, for once - especially, the wheels. Usually, in the summer, I will hand wash the exterior myself and wax it too, but with me attending Drury, going to work, and finding out, in August, that I’m pregnant; I’ve been slacking terribly. The wheels were always difficult to maintain, of course. One thing I wish was different was the rental car options. Which I believe that would be more on the rental company, and the prepay option. I didn’t think to ask the employee if I would be charged for an entire tank regardless of using an entire tank. That was really the only downfall. I know the rental associate said if the car didn’t work out, then it could be changed, but Dodson-Williams was expecting it to be finished in a quick amount of time that I didn’t want to hassle with it. I’d rather choose sleep, lol. It wasn’t THAT big of a deal. All in all, I’m satisfied. I’ve, pretty much, looked over everything, and there were no additional flaws, and the issue was repaired, and I can’t tell the difference with the paint. That was one of my concerns - paint matching and having something else wrong with it. That’s my luck - each time I leave it some where or someone else helps me at a store to load something, it always comes back dented or scratched. It becomes aggravating and expected. So thank you for not being like all the rest and doing your job correctly.

Good job had to clean some masking tape adhesive residue from hood and clip windshield side moulding back in place but other than that no issues

When we initially talked it was my understanding that the car would be done in 4 to 5 days. I was extremely happy when I got the call early afternoon of the fourth day stating my car was already.
