Continued to push timeline back. Took 3 weeks to complete work, when it should have taken a lot less time. Have had work done by Winner before and were very satisfied, but very unhappy with this time around. Probably will not use you again.

The text communication was nice. Verbal/phone communication occasionally would have been nice too since it took over a week to complete. Other than that I was happy with the service.
The issue with the locked tires was the only other thing that had me concerned. The repair individual wad able to rectify the problem with regular tires not locked ones. All is repaired and we are pleased so far. I do also like Lifetimr Guarantee.
