My experience was much more professional than work done previously for 3 of us in my family under your previous manager/staff. I particularly appreciate your flexibility around my travel schedule. Your work is not the least expensive around town but I felt confident in the manner in which the work would be done and in the quality of the staff you have in the office and in the shop - the reason you got my business! Horrible customer service! I was promised a certain date and it kept getting pushed back. Then I showed up on the actual day and then it wasn't done. They contacted the wrong number when I specifically gave them a number to contact. They contacted my dad at a certain time my brother went it and it still wasn't done. Then my car wouldn't start and they said it was my fault. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISAPPOINTING. I WILL DEFINITELY TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!

I was not happy with one thing: I was told the vehicle would be ready on 11/10I advised the shop I'd be unable to pick it up until 11/14 and let them know they could move my vehicle down on the priority list. When I contacted them to pick up the vehicle that Monday they told me it wouldn't be ready until Wednesday and then on Wednesday they told me Thursday, 11/17, which was finally the day. Needless to say this was disappointing.
