The team at Cerritos Auto Body was absolutely exceptional! Everyone I came in contact with were kind, considerate, and consistent in making sure I understood what was happening and felt comfortable. Before dropping my car off Tina worked well with me to accommodate a day to drop off my car even it was an inconvenience to them. My car was beautifully done before the deadline they predicted and I appreciated the constant communication about what was going on while it was in the shop. Marcos was great with communicating and attenting to concerns I had. The service here was amazing! Thank you for making a slight inconvience in my life not feel so inconvenient.
