All of the issues I went in for were resolved. When I first picked up the car I did a quick inspection and everything I needed fixed was fulfilled. When I arrived home I did a closer inspection and noticed a small but noticeable parallel scratches on the back bumper. They had to have been done at the shop accidentally or due to carelessness. Now, it’s not anything that’s too big of an issue at the moment but it’d would be really much appreciated if staff were to be more careful. Another noticeable but small issue was the reinstalling of trim in the trunk. I assume again it was done by staff. Oversight like this isn’t a big deal to me since I could fix it on my own but wanted to bring it up to the attention to whom this may concern. It would be nice to take a vehicle to a repair shop and leave with it not needing any more repairs. But to end this on a good note: staff inside the office were nice and helpful. Getting my car back much quicker than anticipated was also a plus. The original problems were also taken care to a good standard. Thank you.

Everyone, from the reception area, to the person who inspected my car, to the person who explained the work and gave me the keys, were amazing.
