So far the work on my car looks great, I loved the customer service provided, I would use them again, but I hope I don't have to any time soon, I was always kept on the loop about the progress of the repairs and the job was completed when I was told it would be ready

Angie was great. I don’t have a lot of patience but she always addressed my concerns and so calmed me down pretty quickly. She has a lot of patience and is good about communicating with all parties involved. She instilled confidence because she was professional and confident and respectful. I heard her on the phone with other customers and she was consistent in how she dealt with everyone.

My experience was exceptional as was the customer service A+++. The staff especially Sean made the whole process seemless. It’s so great to know places with this kind of service still exist. Definitely will spread the word, not that it’s necessary I’m sure.

I’m very impressed with every employee that I had to deal with. When I called to set up an appointment, the **** the phone was very helpful. When I took my car in to have them look at the damage, the gentleman that helped me was very courteous and he explained everything that had to be done in detail that he could see. He set up my appointment for me that same day. When I dropped my car off to be serviced the lady at the desk offered me coffee refreshments and had me sit down in the lobby to wait while she called the rental car place to come pick me up. They were there within 10 minutes or less after she called. Since the day I dropped my car off until I picked my car up I received a text letting me know everything that was being done and how are far along they were progressing. I was really surprised when they notified me a few days earlier than I had expected it to be done, that I could come pick up my car. When I arrived at the dealership the girl behind the desk was very sweet and very helpful. She told me that I have some coffee or some water while she got my keys. She helped me with all the paperwork and she explained everything that had been done on the car. After we completed all of the paperwork, it was time to go get my car. She said since it’s been raining so hard it’s really hard to check out what they did in detail to my car but when the rain stops and I have time to look it over then to please let them know what kind of job I felt they had done. Then she escorted me out to the car with an umbrella over my head so we wouldn’t get wet ! That really meant a lot to me as a customer. I really appreciated all the extra effort they put into making the experience with my car getting repaired a good one. I would definitely recommend Fix Auto for any repair to my car or anybody else’s. I will be telling all of my friends and family about them. Thank you for such excellent service and thank you to all of the people they went out of their way to help. God bless you.

If you change headlights from "auto" to "off" it's probably a good idea to either change them back or tell your clients that you changed them. When I left this evening the garage was well lit and I didn't realize they were off until getting on the freeway, where it was very dark, and I couldn't see how to turn them back on. It was dangerous.
