The overall work looks very good and I am very pleased. I did notice alot of dust in the truck from the work. This is my only concern. I do appreciate the constant communication and professionalism.

My experience was okay, I was handed papers and then told it will be fixed. when my car was given to me I was handed more papers asked if it looked fine and promised the lifetime warranty on the service provided. My precious experience with a body shop was more detailed they explained me what was changed repaired and I really appreciated that. I wanted to see this on this body shop but I was dissatisfied with just being handed more paperwork.

Been a customer for a number of years. I didn't get a call that the vehicle was ready. I had to call to find out it had been ready since Friday. Moreover, the scratched windshield issue was not resolved. I wasn't contacted by anyone. This is very uncharacteristically of your customer service we've been used to receive from your staff.

The service was great and fairly quickly and I love how Fix It Collision took the time to answer every question I had at any time and keeping me posted every step of the way from the moment I dropped off my car to the moment I picked it up. The only thing that has me concerned is that smoke was coming out of the front of the car whenever I would come to a stop and at night time just now I noticed it again for the second time. Even then Fix Auto is willing to squeeze me in the schedule to have that checked out and I highly appreciate their service and concern. For the future if I'm ever in another accident again hopefully never but if the day ever does come I will definitely come back to this location again without hesitation I would highly recommend this location to friends and family!
