Told me to come over and pick my car on Thursday and also that they close at 5pm. I got there at exactly 4:40pm and they had left. Due to this I had to pay one extra day of car rental and wasted my time driving there at commute time. Furthermore, there was no communication from the shop regarding what the repairs are even though I had asked them to send it to me.
