Lack of communication . Estimated time of completion was automatically texted to me. That day came and I did not hear from anyone . I made phone call to south shore collision and was told that someone will contact me . Nobody did . The following day I called again and was told someone will inform me when the car is ready . Again, nobody called. At 3 pm that day I made yet another call and was told the car is in the wash and someone will contact me . At 4 pm I got the phone call that the car is ready but the logo of the car is misplaced and can’t be found . You can get your car and when we find the logo you can come by and we will attach it . I said I need the car complete . Within 20 min I got another call that it was found . But hurry up the place is closing at 5.This is after I have been calling the place for two days in a row . Complete lack of communication. The car body work was done well . Thank you for the service, please improve customer communication .
