The location was completely professional in every way. The waiting area was pleasant, clean and smelled good. The people were amazing and had great customer service skills. They ran things like a well oiled machine. I was attended to quickly and did not have to wait very long both at drop off and pick up. The people were knowledgeable in both the repairs as well as the insurance coverage. Most importantly I was treated with respect even though I wasn't paying for a thing. My experience was a pleasant one and would recommend triangle collision over and over again!
