The repair work is beautiful. Thank you! I love that you have a shuttle to Enterprise and you can return rentals for us when the work is done. I wish I was aware of this partnership with Enterprise. Overall it was pretty good but it took much longer than expected. That may not have totally been Triangle Collision's fault, but I think it could have been done faster and with more urgency. I know that they have to balance their workloads, but if I were a really important customer and/or if Triangle Colllision was better managed or staffed (I'm not sure what the real problem was), I think the job would've been done faster. To be fair I know that they had to satisfy an insurance company and their bosses, but I can only speak from my perspective, and from my perspective, even though the people there were nice most of the time, it seems to me that they either did not put the proper importance and urgency on getting the work done or they are not a well-managed, organized, and efficient company (or both) which is surprising and disappointing because I dealt with them years ago and they seemed to be all of these back then.
