Such great service and the email updates are amazing. They always let me know the status of the repairs and exactly when my car will be ready. That is unheard of and so appreciated when your waiting to get your car back.

I picked up my car yesterday and the dent and scratches on passenger's side and rare bumper were not even touched. After I asked if they forgot, someone came with some paint and tried to cover some of the scratches. About the repair, we agreed that someone was going to call me and tell me upfront how much the repair was going to cost, but I never received a call. Instead, you sent me an e-mail with an estimate and status of the repair. The estimate that was sent to me was the exact same amount of my insurance estimate and it clearly stated I owe $535.65. Very misleading! I already knew the estimate of my insurance. I personally hand delivered the hard copy to you. I thought the one you e-mailed me is your estimate, because it had the name of your estimator on the bottom of it. I mean what was the point of sending that to me. I thought by sending that estimate you agreed on fixing my car for the same price. Needless to say the repair was already in process!! Total cost of the repair ended up being way higher than my insurance estimate and you didn't even run that by me before starting the repair. I believe out of courtesy and common sense, you should have called to let me know how much the cost would be or e-mail the accurate estimate, then start the repair after I agreed on the price . I think it wasn't ethical to email one estimate and then at the end hand me a bill almost 3 times the cost! I saw your good ratings on Yelp and thought I would be happy with the service, but I can't say I was satisfied with my Victory Auto body repair experience.

They did excellent body work, and even touch up areas that was not damaged by the accident, and detailed my car and made it look like a new penny.

That was the best body shop experience I've ever had. He picked me up with a rental car brought me back you even washed and detailed my car and glued on my bumper I love you guys and I will refer all my friends to bring their repairs to you, you you rock victory auto and body and Paint. I'm going to let all my Facebook friends know what a great experience I had. And those that are local will be thrilled. I hope it brings in lots more business.

Awesome job!! Exceeded my expectations.

As a "car guy" my 2013 Boss was my prized possession. So when someone decided to smash it up my heart was broken. The car was near perfect before the accident so my standards where very high and would accept nothing less when the repairs where completed. Upon my initial post repair inspection I found some small but annoying imperfections. I pointed them out and true to your word every one of them was fixed to a very high standard. I was so pleased by this that I already recommended your shop to a coworker. I do have a small issue with the decals applied to my Boss as they have bubbled. I actually expected this since the new paint is still degassing. I will be in touch this week some time to further discuss this matter. Overall the repairs is seamless and I am not happy I had to have it rapaired but I am happy I found a shop that made it look seamless. Thank you.
