I had some bodywork (seemed well done, but will have it checked out by another shop) done on my car and there were some small things you guys did free of charge which I appreciated. But when I picked up my car it didn’t get a full car wash, which I think is bad customer service when spending almost 2K out of pocket. Plus the passenger side of my car seat had liquid marks on it. They did clean before I left, but my point is that things seemed sub-par. I have had my car fixed before with you twice and so has my boyfriend and I’m now not feeling that we will use your body shop again.
