I think there should have been more communication between the shop and mechanic/speciality team before contacting a customer to pick up their car. A quick inspection would have sufficed since I didn’t get to check my car throughly since it was parked in the street when I went to get it. Nonetheless, I want to thank Mike for getting Gary in contact with me to reset my airbag sensors after it kept blinking after leaving the shop, then Gary for being so quick and professional while explaining every step and not making me feel inferior or stupid while doing so. Thank you for also offering to follow you back to the shop after to have the team reseal my door panel after we noticed it wasn’t sealed properly when closing the door. My car looks super brand new thanks to getting it all shined up and clean when I picked it up and with a new door and working window I can finally move on from this unfortunate car accident and will highly recommend Victory Auto Body to my friends who need work done! You guys are the best, and thank you for the constant communication with every step to make me feel less stressed about the horrors about my first car accident.

The front windshield seal needed to be replaced when the roof came off but it was applied very sloppy by the company you outsourced the job to.
Upon pick up your guy said it just needed time to "settle" which is not true because the other side/corner did not have a significant gap and was placed properly. At this point, aside from it looking bad, I'm also concerned it will leak or get caught on something and get pulled. I have already returned the rental car so this will be more time and trouble to now get it fixed again.
I'm not at all happy with this situation and wished a more care was given to reviewing your contractors work.
Vanessa in the office was extremely nice throughout the entire process though!
