First and foremost friendliness demonstrated with a smile right off the bat. Orderly appearance of each stall of the shops and clean offices. Car looked better than new, of course I haven't driven more than just bringing it home, so any functionality hasn't been tested. I would recommend Victory to friends and neighbors. Also love that I can walk to Victory Auto Body & Paint. :)
