We initially thought we would pay for the repairs on our vehicle and not submit the claim to our insurance company. Ryan explained that since the other party had Erie Insurance too, both our deductibles would be waived and we decided it made more sense to have it processed through Erie. Ryan did a great job explaining what was going to be done, the time frame etc...he was pleasant to deal with.
