Ian's has done work for me in the past and it turned out great.
My Equinox turned out the same. You can't tell anything was ever wrong with it.

On several questions on the Nationwide/Ian's Body Works survey I had to answer No.
I was never promised a delivery date. One was suggested.
I was not kept informed on the progress of the repairs being done. But when I would stop by Mark and I would go to the shop and take a look.
I have not returned the car for additional repair but I may need to do so.
Don't interpret the above comments as a negative.
Ian's staff did a great job and I am extremely satisfied with the repair work done.

when I first called I spoke with holly, who walked me through what I needed to do , patient and kind , as this was my first experience dealing with wrecking my car. Each time I called the person on the other end was courteous, if they didn't know, then they went to find out.
