Signature Collision did a great job removing the damage to my car hood. It looks as good (or better) than before my car was hit. They also cleaned the inside of the car, which was a nice touch.

The work that was done was good. Jesse was terrific on the buffing and touch up of my car. David was friendly as was the manager. What I couldn't believe was that when I picked up my car I found that everything that had been organized in my glove compartment and console was strewn everywhere and one of my mugs had been shattered. The fact that I had to ask what had happened was disturbing. The manager who, again, was very friendly, had to go ask the tech what had happened. She came back politely and said she was sorry - apparently there had been some breakins into some of the cars. That's it? How come no one told Her? Why hadnt she known? Why did I have to ask to find out? How did someone break in with no sign if a break in? My only conclusion is that someone had the key to my car and got in. This is extremely scary and disappointing. I understand that these things happen. However, I should not have had to ask. It was very apparent to anyone who was working on the car that everything was everywhere. No one bothered to try and put things back or tell the manager? It is a shame because the work on the car was excellent but if I can't trust that my car won't be broken into I can never leave my car with you all. No trust. And again - how could you not know? And not tell me?!? Very disappointing.
