Was told the repairs would be done within a week. They ended up taking two weeks to complete the repairs and were not able to complete them entirely. Also, the text updates did not align with the progress of my car repairs. Nice staff.

There was some confusion about when my car was due to be completed. I went several days without getting an update by text and had to call to find out what was going on. Since the experience started out smoothly and the customer service was excellent at first, i was perhaps expecting too much as the days wore on and it took longer to repair my car than expected.

Customer service wasn't up to par. They did do a good job on fixing my door but my back window tint was destroyed. I brought it to there attention supervisor Kenneth young and he promised to fix it after he review that my car didn't have those damages when I initially brought my car to get serviced. But when i called kenneth young to pay for the damages done to my back window tint he nevered answer the phone. Which I had to come out of my own financies which was $130.00. I emailed mr.Kenneth young and he hasnt respond back to me. I feel the customer service Kenneth young has given me wasnt the best.

My linemen is off it looks like they put an used tire on the passenger side and it's dirty,and they left a part in my car. Very unsatisfied! I will have to bring it back!!!!!!

I was not kept informed of the status of my car. I constantly had to call for updates. When I did I was never explained the true nature of what was going on with the car or I was told I would be able to pick it up that day. I took time off of work on one such day and waited over 90 minutes just to be told it actually wasn’t ready. It took more than a week after it had already been two weeks of them telling me it would be ready. Ultimately they had my car for a month and I incurred expenses I wouldn’t have had they been up front and told me truly how long it would take. I’ll never use this shop again and believe certain staff should be fired. The manager was the only saving grace on the last day.

I was inconvenienced a few times due to conflicting and inaccurate text messages. I was told it was ready on Friday, January 5th. I went in on Saturday and was told it was being washed and would not be ready until Monday. I went Monday, and it was not ready. I was told that when they repaired my door they accidentally broke the window, and it no longer worked. So they needs another day to repair the electrical damage to the window. Also, as soon as I got in my car, I turned the heat on. I’ve had the car since 2013, and have used the exact same two options: the recirculating option and the feet option. So, when I got in my car I turned my heat on, selected the feet, and then pressed the knob to make the air recirculate. Only this time the light did not come on. I immediately called the agent to show him, and I was told to go to Nissan to get a document saying that this is not how it is supposed to be. No matter how many times I said this is not right and it definitely worked the day I brought it in, I was not believed. I left feeling extremely offended and upset. My car does not work as it did when I brought it in.

Repair delayed close to **** month. No communication about delays. No one available when shop called for updates. Hung up after waiting for 15 mins on hold. Car completely dead upon pick-up right after driving off the lot. License plate missing and was told someone would reach out today to discuss this as they did not have time to look into it on day of pickup.
