The time line for repair was inaccurate and kept changing on the day the car was to be ready . The work is not as yet complete. I was told that they were waiting for the protective sticker which should have arrived yesterday, however I still have not heard from my repair man. I will be in touch with Geico with my concerns.

The work was good and everyone was polite and courteous. The one challenge was that both Geico and Signature left me messages on Tuesday that the car would most likely be ready Wednesday. However it wasn’t recast until late in the day Friday. That was a little frustrating - a more accurate up front estimate or an update when they could not meet their original estimate would have been helpful. Again, they did good work and all people I interacted with were friendly and professional.
