While the finished job is flawless it took considerably longer than was planned. I made a wasted trip to pick it up when I was told it would be ready only to find out that it was NOT ready. This 2 ****/2 hr wasted trip could and should have been avoided with better communication.

The staff was friendly, but it took longer than I was told it would, there is silver paint on my black door handles, and they left a flap loose under my bumper. I had to go to another gas station to have it fixed because they were closed by the time I realized it.

The process was handled smoothly. Everything was explained up front. The staff inside were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Only suggestion: It would be good to have the staff who were in the parking lot welcome all to your center. There's a gap there that needs to be filled.It goes a long way for one to be acknowledged on arrival. The Enterprise lady, the other lady at the desk, Mr. Noe, and Mr. Allan were exceptional. Lastly, my car was actually ready two business days ahead of the quoted completion date- Mon. 4/30/18.
