Some of the staff was very unprofessional and I felt I was treated unfairly by the Geico personal. Gus was very nice and professional and I hope I don't have to take my car back but if I do I will prefer not to deal with the geico person that I did deal with on my claim but on the strength of Gus I'll take my car back to the shop.
