I loved that there was an online quote system I could upload images to, but it took the service person several days to get back to me. After I followed up and received a response, they said the local location would contact me, but they didn't. Things moved quickly and efficiently after that, so that is my only feedback. Thanks

Consider changing your one question to something called the net promoter score (NPS). It goes like this: "on a scale from **** to 10 with **** being "definitely", how likely are you to recommend Everest to a friend?" Look it up on the internet. It's a much more useful metric to collect. A lot of really large companies use it.

I am super satisfied and happy about my experience at Everest Collision Repair. Tyson did an excellent job about getting me a fantastic price for the hood and light and it meant a lot to me. The car was also fixed very quickly. Something negative that happened was that I had asked to use the restroom and an older gentleman was in there and didn't lock the door. Other than that everything was exceptional!
