Everything about Oxmoor Collision was fabulous. Laura Tucker, Damage Appraiser was amazing. All of the staff were very helpful, informative, polite, courteous, but especially Laura. She explained everything in great detail about the repairs that needed to be made and assured me that everything would be done correctly and efficiently. We took our Rav4 in on a Monday and was promised it would be finished in 3 days. And that's exactly what happened. This is a top notch operation. New paint chip on drivers side door - not even the side where repairs were done. Right rear passenger window no longer works properly. Discovered today Sunday 9-3-17 that my trunk is completely soaking wet when there had never previously been a leak issue, even before repairs.
