Every step in the process was a good experience. The accident was stressful enough but the repair process relieved all my stress. Everyone was professional, considerate and accommodating. These days customer service has become non-existent, but not at Oxmoor Collision Center!

I felt like my concerns were not considered I realize that the repair man could only do what the insurance adjuster okayed so I believe the problem was primarily with the Geico adjuster .

First of all all messages came to this phone which belongs to Ms. Schmidt instead of Mr.Schmidt! Then there is the issue with the keys to the car! Nothing changed new and old keys both open and start the car! That is not what we were told was going to be done! The car was stolen and the key is missing! One of the kids who stole the car lives three houses down from us! They can steal it again!
