The main priority of any business is to be the best at what they do and your shop did an amazing job fixing my van. What your shop failed with me was I found broken glass in the floor of the rear seat. That was a major failure, on attention to detail.
Also, from past experience my seats and carpets were normally shampoo, but not this time.
Granted, I've only had two claims in my 20 plus years of driving and both times the entire interior was shampoo, completely vacuum, and detailed. This time it wasn't and I understand all shops are not equal, but if your competitors are offering this without even asking then this puts you a step behind the competition.
