Thank you for the attention to detail on my 2003 Tahoe. It’s an older truck that I have over $15k worth of higher end parts on and has been a restoration I started in 2014 to include all major running gear and factory interior, Tim Moye HD transmission with hardened parts, Baer brakes, and CNC milled wheels built by American Force in Miami. The dash was rebuilt by a shop in Phoenix with updated factory trans gauge and OEM LED lighting. The next step is an LS 6.0 swap to replace the 5.3L with 236k miles which still runs like new. With all that said, my reason for service last week was after an attempt of a car thief to steal my truck which damaged my passenger side door. I want to thank your shop for attention to detail and timeliness. I have traveled the entire US in my truck as a member of the Air Force and as an emergency RN before moving to Las Vegas and unfortunately other shops have not treated my older truck with respect. 5 stars to Roland for his customer service, communication, and attention to detail during the repair process with USAA. You’ve earned my future business for multiple vehicles and your location is great. I was able to pick my truck up after dark and Roland was gracious enough to pull it into the shop so I could inspect it before taking delivery. Thanks again. Aaron Burley

Roland was professional, friendly and reassuring. Everyone in the shop was cordial and efficient. Receptionist, both on the phone and in person was personal and helpful. The shop went above and beyond by rubbing out some major surface spots unrelated to the accident. I was also delighted that they also washed my car. I was so pleased to have my beautiful car back. The work to the vehicle was fantastic. However it took longer to complete than we were told and this was relayed to us last minute due to a part appearing to have not been checked when it was received and there were issues with it that were discovered half way thru the estimated timeframe.

Never received feedback on progress with the car, unless I called myself. Several times I was told that the parts that were ordered needed to come from out of town but when I insisted the parts were delivered the next day. Once no work was being done on the car because someone went home sick and another time someone had a family emergency. One day I asked about my car and the response was: "What about your car". That was very rude. The work look longer than promised and that was with me calling almost daily to see what the progress was. Fortunately, the actual work on the car was excellent.

The bad news, my car had another mishap. The good news, I knew exactly who to take it to. Not the most fun thing taking my car to a body shop but I was happy to see Roland again. I had an accident after hours and I drove my car directly to ultimate collision because I knew Roland would take care of it. First thing the following morning, before I could even contact them, Roland gave me a call and immediately asked if everyone was ok. It wasn’t like a question people ask in passing, never really caring about the answer, he genuinely cared and we talked for a few minutes about what had happened. The office itself is immaculate, not a car shop feel to it whatsoever. Desk receptionist greeted me right away when I was there and always very friendly. Thank you again! John S

This is my first experience with any body shop. Roland put me at ease right away and by the time I left I felt as if I had entrusted my car to a friend. I received notifications every step of the way. The work was immaculate. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful in so many ways throughout the initial to the final visit. Roland was very professional and examined the car carefully for damage. He noticed things I had not. Everyone was so helpful and I am happy with the repairs on my car.

First I'd like to say texting your progress was a joke. I got a text from you guys the day I drop my car off which was a Monday and I did not receive another text until I spoke with someone regarding the status of my car the following Monday. After speaking with the gentleman that was handling my case and I told him that I hadn't received any text messages updating the status he said he would look into that and after that I started getting text messages updating me on the status of my car. Other than that you guys did a great job I was able to pick up my car when I got out of school which made it convenient for me so I didn't have to go home and then go back out to pick up my car. When I got my car it was nice and clean like very clean and I really appreciated the fact that it was that clean I think you guys went above and beyond to make that happen. I would definitely go back to you guys for any future repairs hopefully I won't need any but I would also recommend you to other people. I have to say you do have a bit of a wait to get my car in the shop to be repaired but I believe it was worth the wait.
