I recived texts my car would be done 2 days before it was done. I attempted to call for updates and was told I would get a call back the next day and I never got it. I like text updates but my point of contact told me to "take them with a grane of salt, that it was computerized and it meant nothing." Whats the point of texts of they are inaccurate.

I was told the car would be ready on **** March, but I got notified on the 36 February that it was ready. While that could be a good thing, it caused confusion with my rental and insurance. IF the body shop knew the car was going to be ready way ahead of schedule, a phone call about a day or 2 in advance would have been appreciated.
