My representative, Chris Hadley, and the team at AutoNation Collision did an amazing job. I recieved several calls and e-mails directly from Chris about the statues of my car. Upon its return, it had been washed and vacuumed, including all the pennies being picked up off my floor and put in the center console. All of this was far beyond what the job called for and greatly appreciated by me. When someone hands their car over to strangers, it can be a nerve-wracking experience, Mr. Hadley made it a very comforting and reassured. I did really like getting photo updates of my car as well!
