Spoke to Tim about air whistling noise coming from repaired door Area. Also some wet sanding needed for sand spots on door.. Otherwise service and work was fine. Chris and Tim were true professionals and did the work in a timely manner. Car will be brought in for further repair next time car is in Orlando. Possibly not until November

When I came in I was still pretty shaken up. The accident I was in was minor and had just happened, but I was really upset. The team who greeted me got me taken care of quickly. I talked to Roger who checked my car and took some photos, giving me advice and reassurance while we spoke. He made sure I was okay and talked me through what would happen next. I appreciated the time he took and how helpful he was while I was there. Chris took over from there and kept me up to date with my car progress and what was going on. The service was terrific, everyone was friendly, helpful and extremely professional. I trust Autonation Collision with my car and would trust with future cars should I need it. You all are awesome!

My dealing with Roger, my representative, was great! I have no problems with our interaction what-so-ever. He offers a fantastic interface for your customers. I just have two issues unrelated to what Roger could prevent. ****) My new tail light back up lamp did not work which will cause a special trip to get fixed. I have already discussed this with Roger so no biggie. 2) It would seem I lost a pair of Oakley sunglasses that were in the Honda's roof storage compartment. And yes, they were there when I dropped the vehicle off but forgot to retrieve them upon departure. Fully appreciate that AutoNation has no liability for items left in the vehicle but it does leave an unhappy ending to my repair experience.
