The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The quality of work was really good too. However the time estimates were way off. I was informed the car "may" be ready by Wednesday originally. After multiple calls and delays it was finally ready Friday at 6:30pm. Overall I still feel like the staff did a great job in all other areas but the time estimates given to customers have major room for improvement. Also the text message updates are a joke, they are obviously generic templates and don't give any actual useful information.
