I was thrilled with the fact that my car was repaired so quickly. I was in a car accident years ago and the damage done to my car was very similar resulting in the same damaged parts being repaired as this one. The auto body shop that repaired my car last took more than twice the amount of time to repair. I was grateful to have my car back so quickly this time and will absolutely use Abra in the future. Abra called to let us know our car was ready to be picked up. Got there and it wasn’t ready. They forgot to fix something front the last time we were there. We waited almost an hour. When we got home, we saw that there was dust all inside the car. Had a great experience until we had the worst experience. Not happy.

I appreciate all the good work they did on my car & the only thing I wish they had done was put my things in the trunk back in order that it was when it came there instead of some of the things were in the back seat & the trunk all messed up but the work of the car looks good so I guess that is a small thing-it’s the repair of the car that counts-Thank you Abra & the nice friendly people who work there.
