Everything connected with the repair of my van was excellent! Beginning with the first call from Marsha Lawson to schedule an appointment, to my arrival at Abra (where I met Marsha who explained all the paper work she asked me to sign), to the inspection of my van by Chris O'Baugh (who explained what they would do to complete the repair), to the daily texts re: the repair progress, to the frequent calls from Chris to update me on the repair progress, to picking up my vehicle today (less than a week to complete the repairs).
