Turn out time was good but driver rear tail light was buffed to remove scratches and said would be replaced if not buffed out. Buffing did not resolve the scratches and tail light was not replaced.

They were able to get my repair done in less than 48 hours, sh in exceeded my expectations. Repairs took much longer than anticipated. I was told the car could be delivered to me before the holidays... then told the day it was supposed to be at my house that the anchor had called in sick. They kept my car over the 4 day holiday weekend. Also. The transmission is slipping out of first very harshly... something it was not doing before I took it in. There is also still a grinding noise that I pointed out.
