My repairs were great but I had an issue with customer service. Upon bringing my car in for repair estimation, I had questions around the painting damaged area or painting the entire car. I was concerned with it matching the rest of the car that would not be painted. I was told in a rude way that ABRA could just "throw sand and scratch up" the newly painted area of the car so it "matches the rest of my car". Driving a Mercedes SUV, this is not something I want to hear before I drop off my car for the first time to get repaired. My overall physical repairs look great but I would not recommend ABRA to referrals due to comments that were made to me by an employee.
