Spoke to adjuster and shop regarding installation of aftermarket parts I was asked to text the website picture and cost of parts which I did,received a call on Monday apparently the shop couldn’t purchase the parts from the website and I was told if I wanted them the out of pocket cost was $****,200 for a bumper and grill which I knew was outrageously overpriced,since i was at work and upset I told him to go ahead with OEM and I now regret bringing my truck to Abra .

You have an employee named Janna that went out of her way to help me. I went to pick my vehicle up on Saturday and it would not start she ran and got several quick start jumper units that would not start my truck. She than went and got her car and tried but could not start. All of this in freezing weather and being so pleasant. She was really wonderful in a rough situation. She than stepped up and took care of my concerns with a lease vehicle. I’m retired from 35 years in the hospitality industry and customer service is so important, Janna knows the importance’s!
