Everyone at Abra is very kind and welcoming. I've had work done with the Lexington Drive Knoxville location in the past, and they were very helpful. I really appreciate being kept me up to date on their progress throughout the repair. When my insurance agent asked me where they should schedule my repairs for my recent claim, I specifically requested this Abra location because they left such a good impression during my last repairs 2 years ago. Was not disappointed to find that this experience was equally pleasurable. I would definitely recommend this shop to other people.
